Got your chin held high and you feel just fine.
Hey there.
It's been a few weeks since I updated this thing, I think. Time for an update?
Sure.
So, here's what I've been up to since...March 23rd.
I signed up for GameFly:
GameFly was pretty awful at first, but I have to say, I like them sending me games to play right into my mailbox. It's pretty sweet. Full Auto is a little scratched up and has frozen twice, but FarCry runs flawlessly.
I read two books:
I finished "Ender's Game" by Orson Scott Card and "So Long and Thanks for All the Fish" by Douglas Adams.
I've been playing three games:
I've been playing Grandia III (PS2), FarCry Predator: Instincts (Xbox 360), and Full Auto (Xbox 360). It's nice to play three games that I enjoy and play some games on my Xbox 360 for the first time in ages.
I wrote four reviews:
Two short reviews for Mario Kart DS and Age of Empires III and two normal reviews for Ridge Racer 6 and RF Online. I liked writing them.
I watched five movies:
I watched 28 Days Later, A Lot Like Love, Fantasia, Ice Age: The Meltdown, and Edward Scissorhands. None of them were that great, but I liked them all.
I've hung out with Rita. A lot:
Rita and I went to a dance-a-thon in the Hewitt Union. We dressed up. She looked fantastic and my costume was pretty wild as well. That was a lot of fun. We also went to Liz's birthday bash and watched Ice Age: The Meltdown and hungout with everyone after. She dressed up and looked fantastic. Then she had her birthday party in her room and I got drunk. Rita made her dress all by herself and did a great job on it. Naturally, she looked fantastic (but when doesn't she?). I was very happy and I only cried a little at the party, but they were tears of joy. That was a lot of fun. I greatly enjoy her. Today is her birthday. Happy Birthday!
I go to some classes:
I had a history test the other day that I think I did pretty well on. I had a Middle East Politics paper on Yemen do that I enjoyed writing and I had a second test in there that I think I did pretty well on too. I have an Astronomy test tomorrow that I'm going to study for tonight, but I think I'll do well on it. I hope so at least. I've also got my scheduel planned out for the rest of my academic career here at SUNY Oswego and am thinking about picking up a second major in American Studies if I can fit it in as well as I think I can. We picked out our suite for next year. I'm living with Jon Guatta in 306 Onondaga Hall. Zach and Sean are living in 304, and Dan and Anthony are living in 305. I was originally going to live with Anthony, but he gets annoyed because he thinks Rita and I are immature because we tickle each other and act goofy in public and he didn't want to live with me. Rita's going to be an RA in Scales next year. I'm going to be pretty much living in Scales next year.
And now?
I'm off to some discussion about women. Yes, this was Rita's idea. She invited me to go and I think it will be interesting. Probably depressing, but interesting. I'm going on my own accord. I'm not whipped.
